A PHILOSOPHY LIVED OUT LOUD
Lifework Integration isn't a framework Keith teaches.
It's a life Keith built.
Here's what could happen when the philosophy is applied across a life and a career.
LIFE
Two boys.
Mostly solo.
No apologies.
In 2016, Keith went through a divorce and became a single dad. Working from home, his life flooded into his work and for a while, everything slipped. In corporate-speak: zero work-life balance.
While the people around him chased balance and experienced growing stress and disengagement, he started evolving. The thing that looked like a crisis became a competitive advantage.
That evolution became
Lifework Integration.
-
Single parent. Intentional father.
-
Built a philosophy inside the pressure, not after it.
WORK
Inside 100s Companies.
One consistent truth.
Since 2006, Keith has worked inside organizations of every size and shape from 50-person shops to 50,000-person enterprises. C-suite. HR. Finance. Supply Chain. You name the room, he's been in it.
While co-hosting Geeks, Geezers & Googlization, a Top 50 global podcast with over 10,000 monthly listeners on the future of work, Lifework Integration grew.
Through all of it, one truth held: the health of any organization is inherently tied to the health of the people working within it. Full stop.

SaaS sales leader.

Hundreds of organizations.

One Truth.
WHAT'S NEXT
150 acres.
A barn.
A dream continues.
La Loma, located in the Costa Rican jungle, is 150 acres of land providing inspiring views and a retreat venue for people to relax, relearn, and recharge.
Located in NE Pennsylvania, the Grist Mill House hosts 5 private waterfalls provide novelty and flow for both weekend visitors and team building events.
The Bison Barn is the cream on top: a live music venue built on Keith’s belief that the world needs more live music. Not because it was the practical choice. Because it was the true one.
This is what following a dream with intention actually looks like. Not a metaphor. An address.
Retreat venues designed for anyone to enjoy.
A music venue providing positive energy you can feel.
Coming soon: more flow, more fun. Stay Tuned.

Keith Campagna has spent his entire career working with people who are succeeding by most measures but have a sense that they have not yet reached their full potential.
A successful sales professional, growth strategist, and founder of Lifework Integration, Keith works alongside leaders and followers from dozens of industries who are good at what they do and honest enough to admit something still feels off.
His take is straightforward: Work-life balance creates more stress than balance. What actually works is integration, aligning who you want to be with what you want to do, so that stress becomes a source of creative advantage rather than something to balance.
Keith's approach draws from years of mindset development work, training with the Flow Research Collective, and co-hosting the internationally recognized Geeks, Geezers, and Googlization podcast. His work has reached leaders across the United States and EMEA.
Outside of work, he is a devoted father of two teenage boys and a founding member of wellness retreats in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, and Costa Rica, where people slow down long enough to get honest about what they actually want. He also cofounded a music venue that promotes original music located among the horse farms in Southern Lehigh. He is not here to fix anyone because no one is broke. He is here to help people reframe their relationship with stress and move toward a life they feel is sincerely worth living.
